An updated look at the eForm generator using the built in eForm generator in OSCAR. Based on Version 7.4 of the eForm generator. In part 3 I look at the other options for inputs including multiple line text areas, Xboxes, and adding measurements like height and weight. I also briefly look at faxing and the calendar addition. Then we save it in our installation of OSCAR, have a look at it in a patient chart, and export it so we can share it with others.
